Very Very Poor Customer service.

I downloaded this APP and downloaded a zip file to it and Promptly got "Unable to open file" I have sent 3 messages to the developer outlining my problem and have not received one reply.
I dont think I can get a refund I just have to delete it from my screen. I am severly disappointed If they had told the truth about this APP it would have solved a lot of problems for me.
